Take a moment, the first impulse is to speak with sufficient information. This approach to communication is never good. Communication is a process. The sender of the message must work hard to make a topic from the perspective of the receiver approach. Unfortunately there is often little attention given to the process of communication. It is designed to expand the sales cycle for attention, interest, desire and action to complete.
